3. Products & Services

All products sold through KiraBrands.com are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated in a wholesale or distribution agreement.

SneakART offerings include experiential events, workshops, and kits. Event participation is subject to additional terms outlined at the time of ticket purchase.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

• Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies

• Limit quantities per order

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Kira Creative Group does not store customer payment information.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, product type, or external factors. Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier.

Kira Creative Group is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Delivery errors due to incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of our products and services, returns and refunds are not accepted except for items that arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.

SneakART tickets are governed by separate event policies and are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by Kira Creative Group.

7. SneakART Events & Ticketing

​

SneakART tickets are sold exclusively through Eventbrite. KiraBrands.com serves as a marketing and informational platform and provides direct ticket links.

Tickets:

• Are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Kira Creative Group

• May be transferred or rescheduled prior to the event date, subject to availability

• Are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling in the case of no-shows

Event participation is voluntary, and attendees assume all associated risks.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on KiraBrands.com—including but not limited to logos, branding, product designs, images, videos, written content, and marketing materials—is the exclusive property of Kira Creative Group and its brands.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
