Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@kirabrands.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
SneakART Orders
SneakART event tickets are digital and delivered via Eventbrite and are not subject to shipping.
SneakART physical kits or merchandise, when applicable, follow the shipping terms outlined above.
