How are your products made?

All candles, wax melts, and Sneaker Wax products are professionally manufactured using scalable production systems, premium materials, and standardized processes designed to support consistent quality across volume production.

Minor variations in color or finish may occur and are normal within professionally produced goods.

Are your products safe and compliant?

Yes. Products are designed for safe consumer use when care instructions are followed. All items are intended for their designated purpose only and are not meant for ingestion or misuse.

Do you offer custom or private-label production?

Custom production or private-label opportunities may be available for approved wholesale or strategic partners. Inquiries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Fulfillment

How long does shipping take?

Order processing timelines vary depending on order volume, product type, and seasonal demand. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Kira Creative Group currently ships orders throughout the United States.

​

What if a shipment is delayed or lost?

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier. Kira Creative Group is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, or theft after delivery confirmation.

Customers receiving damaged items must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for review.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

How are damaged items handled?

Customers must email support@kirabrands.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the original packaging

Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at the discretion of Kira Creative Group.

SneakART Events & Ticketing

​

Where are SneakART tickets purchased?

SneakART tickets are sold exclusively through Eventbrite. KiraBrands.com serves as the official marketing and informational platform and provides direct ticket links.

Are SneakART tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation initiated by Kira Creative Group. In such cases, refunds are issued through Eventbrite according to their policies.

Can tickets be transferred or rescheduled?

Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee or rescheduled for a future SneakART event, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled event date.

What happens if an attendee does not show up?

No-shows or missed events without a prior transfer request are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Wholesale, Retail & Partnerships

Do you offer wholesale opportunities?

Yes. Wholesale partnerships are available for select brands and products. Wholesale accounts are reviewed based on fit, volume, and alignment with Kira Creative Group’s brand standards.

Are you open to retail placement and distribution?

Yes. Kira Creative Group actively explores retail partnerships, pop-ups, and distribution opportunities aligned with our brand portfolio.

Payments & Data Security

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods supported by our e-commerce platforms and Eventbrite.

Is customer payment data secure?
