Return & Refund Policy

Kira Creative Group (KiraBrands.com)

Kira Creative Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates multiple brands under KiraBrands.com, including but not limited to boi. Candle, Cremee Candle, Kira Candles Co., Sneaker Wax, and SneakART. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold under the Kira Creative Group umbrella unless otherwise stated.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, handmade, and consumable nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Candles (all brands and sizes)

  • Wax melts

  • Custom or limited-edition items

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Gift sets or bundles

  • SneakART kits (adult or kids)

  • Merchandise or accessories

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

    • Your order number

Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

Kira Creative Group and its affiliated brands are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@kirabrands.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with your order number and supporting photos so we may assist at our discretion.

SneakART Events & Tickets

SneakART event tickets are sold exclusively through Eventbrite. Kira Creative Group markets SneakART events on KiraBrands.com and provides direct links to Eventbrite for ticket purchases.

All SneakART tickets, workshops, and event registrations are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation by Kira Creative Group.

Ticket Policy Details:

  • Tickets are not refundable upon request

  • Tickets may be transferred to another individual or rescheduled for a future SneakART event, subject to availability

  • Transfer or reschedule requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled event date

  • No-shows and missed events without a prior transfer request are not eligible for refunds or credits

If a SneakART event is canceled by Kira Creative Group, ticket holders will be notified and issued a refund through Eventbrite in accordance with Eventbrite’s policies.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our candles and wax products are not intended for ingestion and should be used according to provided care instructions. Kira Creative Group is not liable for misuse of products.
